Duties & responsibilities:
• Assist the Store Manager in Interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counselling, and disciplining outlet staff.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.
• Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
• Ensuring that checklists, requisitions, and proper opening and closing functions are being
completed each shift.
• Ensure proper training for all new joiners in the outlet by following the training schedule.
• Assist the field trainers in training the in-store staff on all new product and process training.
• Train the in-store staff on SOP – daily basis to meet the company standards.
• Supervising the floor during Peak hours to ensure that all Service standards and steps of service
are met through all guests’ interactions.
• Communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and
understand requests, respond with appropriate actions, and provide accurate information.
• Ensure basic standard operating procedures for all outlets are in place and follow Standard
operating procedures.
• Ensuring that all steps of services as outlined in training materials are being followed daily.
• Move throughout the Store and BOH area to visually monitor and act to ensure food quality and
service standards are met.
• Give guidance toward improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency.
• Ensure that the company policies and procedures are in line.
• Demonstrates and practices food safety by properly dating and rotating all products.
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn and get involved in the success of the store on every shift by
asking questions, using time wisely, and assisting when there is an opportunity without being
asked.
