Brownie Points Loyalty Program – Change in Terms and Conditions

We’re making essential updates to our Brownie Points loyalty program, effective 1st January 2025, to ensure a more rewarding and seamless experience.

What’s Changing?

Starting 1 January 2025, all Brownie Points will expire and be limited in how they can be redeemed.

For Brownie Points earned on or after 1st January 2025:

• You will continue to earn 1 Brownie Point for every ₹20 spent.
• Brownie Points will be valid for 6 months from the date of credit.
• Customers will receive SMS notifications when points are earned and a reminder SMS 15 days before expiry.
• 1 Brownie Point can be redeemed for ₹1 worth of bill value.
• Brownie Points can only be redeemed for up to 50% of the bill value.

For Brownie Points earned before 1st January 2025:

• All points earned before 1st Jan 2025 will expire on 30th June 2025.
• All customers will receive SMS notifications about:
  • The updated terms and conditions
  • Their current Brownie Points balance
• A reminder SMS will be sent in June 2025 for any unused points.
