Sundae Fame Meme Game

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Duration: this contest is valid from 25th March to 25th May 2025
  2. Eligibility: this contest is open to everyone residing in a city in India where a Polar Bear outlet is present
  3. Rules: 
  4. Go to a Polar Bear outlet, order a sundae/sundaes, and create an image/video that references a popular meme. The contestant should also feature in the reel if possible. Here are a few references.
  5. Upload your reel to Instagram, tag 3 friends, and tag us (@polarbearicecreams). 
  6. You can post any number of entries to increase your chances of winning.
  7. Prizes: prizes will be given as Polar Bear gift vouchers that can be redeemed for Sundaes at our outlets (dine-in and takeaway only). There are 3 tiers of prizes:

  1. Tier 1 – 3 winners get 365 Sundaes each*
  2. Tier 2 – 10 winners get 100 Sundaes each*
  3. Tier 3 – 100 winners get 10 Sundaes each*

*Winners will be given gift vouchers equal to the prizes announced. For eg – the average cost of a Sundae at Polar Bear is Rs. 200 (inc GST). So a winner in Tier 3 will get Rs. 2000 worth of gift vouchers. These gift vouchers will have a validity of 12 months. 

Tier 3 prizes will be given weekly, while Tier 1 and 2 prizes will be given after the contest has ended.

Winners will be chosen based on their creativity, relevance, humour, authenticity, post 

reach and engagement. To increase your chance of winning – do add a BTS (Behind the 

scenes) video as well.

 

8. Dos and Don’ts:

  1. Do not use any obscene or explicit references
  2. Do feature the sundae/s prominently in the meme – entries without a reference to our sundaes will not be considered.
  3. The management has the right to change the terms of the contest at any time. Decisions taken by the Polar Bear management will be final. We reserve the right to use the content posted by you for promotional purposes.
